SitStayNotes is a pet sitting management platform that allows pet owners to create comprehensive pet profiles, share information with pet sitters, and receive visit updates. The service includes features for storing pet information, managing visit logs, and generating shareable pet pages.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To use SitStayNotes, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pets
• Keep pet information up to date, especially health and emergency contacts
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not share false or misleading information
• Respect the privacy of others
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts
• Not use the service to transmit harmful code or malware

Pet Pages and Sharing

When you create a shareable pet page:

• You control what information is shared and with whom
• You can protect pages with optional PIN codes
• You can deactivate or delete pet pages at any time
• You are responsible for managing access to your pet pages
• Shared links should only be given to trusted individuals

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to SitStayNotes, including:

• Pet photos and information
• Visit notes and updates
• Personal information

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use SitStayNotes to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Interfere with the service's operation

Service Availability

• Actions or omissions of pet sitters or other third parties
• Any harm to pets or property

SitStayNotes is a communication and organization tool. We are not responsible for the quality of pet care provided by sitters or any incidents that occur during pet sitting.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SitStayNotes and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any reason at our sole discretion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the service or via email. Continued use of SitStayNotes after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
